Anvil Works Professional Code of Conduct for On-Site IT Work

At Anvil Works, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect in all aspects of our work. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all Anvil Works employees and contractors (hereafter referred to as "team members") when working on-site at a customer's location. It is designed to ensure that our team members reflect the excellence and professionalism that Anvil Works stands for.

Professional Dress

  • Dress Code: Team members are required to dress in a professional manner that is suitable for the client's work environment. Business casual attire is generally recommended, unless otherwise specified by the client or Anvil Works for specific engagements.

  • Safety Gear: When required due to the nature of the work or the client's environment, team members must wear appropriate safety gear, including but not limited to helmets, gloves, and safety glasses.

Professional Etiquette

  • Respect and Courtesy: Team members must always conduct themselves with the utmost respect and courtesy towards all individuals at the client site, including employees, other contractors, and visitors.

  • Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and respectful communication at all times. This includes in-person interactions, as well as communications via phone, email, or other digital platforms.

  • Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of all client information. Do not discuss client business, data, or the specifics of client projects in public or with unauthorized individuals.

  • Punctuality: Be punctual for all scheduled meetings, workdays, and other commitments at the client site. Notify the relevant parties as early as possible in case of any delays.

Additional Aspects of Professional Behavior

  • Property Respect: Respect the client's property and workspace. This includes maintaining cleanliness, minimizing noise disruptions, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are used appropriately and returned to their original condition.

  • Conflict Resolution: Approach any conflicts or disagreements with professionalism and the aim of amicable resolution. Escalate issues to Anvil Works management if they cannot be resolved on-site.
